Dr. Kevin K. Sameti and his team are proud to bring years of detailed experience to the dental profession, especially when it comes to highly respected endodontics treatment. Dr. Sameti has called Houston home for decades and has been a proud resident of the community since his early teenage years. He is an alumnus of the University of Houston and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in biology along with a minor in chemistry.
Dr. Sameti went on to study dentistry at the prestigious University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston. It is there that he earned a DDS degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Along with receiving many accolades, he also has been bestowed with a highly coveted award from the endodontic department at the University of Texas. This is significant because only one award of this type is given to each graduating dental class on an annual basis. It clearly defines the dedication, focus and commitment evident in everything that Dr. Sameti makes apparent in his professional career.
After completing his extensive dental education and training, Dr. Sameti was then accepted into postgraduate studies in endodontics at Temple University in Philadelphia. This is where he then earned a certificate of endodontics with a specific focus on the learned art of teaching and where he also gained extensive research experience. Dr. Sameti has exhibited a broad spectrum of understanding and experience having been licensed in Texas, Pennsylvania and the State of California. He takes pride in being intimately involved in the prestigious endodontics profession by routinely meeting and exceeding accepted standards as outlined by modern professional endodontics.
As an active member of a large number of professional organizations including the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association and the greater Houston Dental Society, Dr. Sameti commands great respect and exhibits incredible personal interest in the endodontics branch of dental care. He is also a specialist member of the American Association of Endodontics. Dr. Sameti strives each day to give back to the community by serving as a volunteer faculty member at the Department of Endodontics at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. It is in this capacity as a clinical assistant professor where he trains the future dentists of the world in the art and science of innovative root canal treatment.
Dr. Sameti is known among peers and professionals as a lifelong learner who enjoys remaining at the forefront of the endodontics profession. He regularly attends continuing education programs, courses and classes as a way to remain highly informed on all aspects of endodontics. Dr. Sameti is highly regarded and trusted throughout the community and within his profession because of the simple fact that he loves saving teeth while providing patients with only the highest levels of professional care.
