Patient Options With Regard To Payment

1. Currently our office accepts cash, debit cards and most major credit cards (except American Express). We follow strict guidelines and ensure full compliance with the payment card industry data security standards. This provides for the maximum level of financial data protection for our patients.
2. In addition, we offer our patients Care Credit for those who wish to finance endodontic procedures so that a monthly payment option is available. Applying for credit is simple and can be done completely online.

When applying for Care Credit patients simply fill out an online application and press the submit button. In most cases an immediate online decision appears within just a few minutes. Once an acceptance decision has been made, patients simply print out the online response and present it when arriving for endodontic care related services. Patients should also have available two forms of identification upon arrival.

• Patients must be present at time of service.
• Patients receive a Care Credit card that is delivered in the mail. This card can be used with thousands of providers and other healthcare providers and practices across the country.
