    Questions people ask first

Do I need a referral from my dentist?

No. A referral is helpful because it brings your recent X-rays and clinical background with it, but you are welcome to contact the practice directly and arrange a consultation yourself.

What happens at a first appointment?

The tooth is examined and tested, imaging is taken where needed, and the findings are explained to you along with the options. Where you are in pain, we will discuss what can be done that day.

Do you see emergency patients the same day?

We keep time aside each day for urgent cases. Call as early as you can — a knocked-out tooth in particular is time-critical and should not wait for an appointment slot.

    Which insurance do you accept?

Bring your insurance card and we will help you understand your coverage and what it means for your treatment. Ask the practice directly about your specific plan before assuming it is not covered.
